Transformer (Mineral Oil & Silicone Liquid Type)
STC Transformers are offered in hermetically sealed design. The tank is designed to accommodate expansion of oil during loading through the use of corrugated steel sheets. The cover is bolted to the tank body and proper gaskets are provided to avoid leakages.
Package Substation
Compact / Unit substations are self – contained units available in different designs and dimensions.
Each unit comprises the following assemblies:-
One hermetically sealed transformer.
One Oil tpye / SF6 type insulated ring main unit (for package substation only)
One low voltage distribution panel (ACB Panel type/LV Fuseboard type)
Cast Resin Transformer (Dry Type Transformer)
A cast resin transformer (also called a dry‑type transformer) is an electrical transformer that does not use any insulating oil or liquid dielectric. Instead, its windings — especially the medium‑voltage (MV) windings — are encapsulated in a solid epoxy resin compound, which provides insulation, protection, and enhanced safety. These transformers are designed for electrical distribution in commercial, industrial, utility and critical infrastructure applications.
